Hire Maya.
Your first AI employee.
She takes the night shift you can’t staff — payment reminders, inboxes, listings, reviews, the phone — and hands you one card each morning: approve or hold. She already runs the back office for three Calgary stores.

What she gets done while you sleep.
A typical night for her current employer, three Calgary stores. Every item lands in your morning card before you open.
Reads the day
Today’s payments, messages, photos and reviews pulled from your POS, inboxes and marketplaces.
Answers a lowball
An offer of $340 on a $420 listing. She counters at $395 — never below the floor you set.
Drafts tomorrow’s reminders
Fourteen customers due this week, each text with a pay link. Nothing sends until you tap.
Writes the listings
Yesterday’s counter photos become priced listings, using what actually sold, ready to post.
Answers the reviews
Two new Google reviews, replies drafted in your voice. The 2-star one is flagged for you.
Your card arrives
One screen: approve the batch, hold the odd one, read the one thing she escalated.
Sends what you approved
Texts go out inside 9 am–8 pm local time, listings post, replies publish. She logs every action.
She does the work. You make the calls.
Everything Maya touches lands in one of three lanes, enforced in code — not by asking her nicely.
- HandledRoutine work inside the rules you set: send hours, daily caps, price floors, your reply voice. You see it in the morning brief.
- Waiting for youDrafts, batches and offers that need one tap: Approve or Hold.
- EscalatedMoney decisions, staff matters, anything irreversible. She explains and waits. She never moves money.
Autonomy is earned lane by lane. She starts in shadow mode, drafting everything and sending nothing, until you’ve graded her work. Hold any lane with one tap. Full log of every action.
The list that piles up after close.
Every small business has the same after-close list. Maya takes the list. You keep the decisions.

- 05
Phone & front desk
A 24/7 line that answers from your live inventory and hours, books and confirms, and hands the caller to you when it matters.
- 06
Books, schedules & briefings
Finds where money leaks — till differences, unpaid invoices, unanswered buyers. Drafts the staff schedule. Morning brief, evening recap.

From her current employer’s own logs.
From live use at her current employer’s three Calgary stores, Aug–Oct 2026 (send-guard ledger, loan-book snapshots, inventory exports and approval logs). Their results; yours will differ.
A fraction of a hire, and she never clocks out.
Canadian averages for administrative and assistant roles, rounded. She isn’t a replacement for your people — she takes the chasing, the listing and the night shift so the people you have can work the counter.
Rails in code, not promises.
- Disclosed as an AIOn every call and message where it matters. Never pretends to be a person.
- Nothing irreversible without your tapMoney, staff and anything you can’t undo are escalated to you, every time.
- Texts 9 am – 8 pm onlyOne text per customer per due date, daily caps, STOP honoured; every reminder ends “Reply STOP to opt out.” CASL-aware by design.

Two roles. One free week.
Per location, per month, in CAD, plus GST. Texting included. Month to month. Full-Time includes everything in Seller. Built and run every day for her current employer, three Calgary stores.
From first call to her first shift.
No contract before you’ve seen her work. Your card is taken on the mapping call and only charged if you keep her.
- 1
A 20-minute mapping call
What you sell, how you get paid, which inboxes and marketplaces you use, and the rules she works inside.
- 2
One free week in preview
She drafts everything and sends nothing. You see every text, reply and listing she would have handled — and grade her.
- 3
Go live in about two weeks
Her number, your connections, the card on your phone. About ten minutes of your bookkeeper’s time.
- 4
She earns her autonomy
Lane by lane, as you approve her drafts. A weekly look at her judgment, and you can hold any lane with one tap, no explanation needed.
What happens after you say yes.
The free week runs in preview: she drafts everything and sends nothing, so you see exactly how she’d handle your business before a single customer hears from her.
The mapping call
Twenty minutes. What you sell, how you get paid, which inboxes and marketplaces you use, and the rules she works inside: hours, caps, floors, your voice.
Her drafts, every morning
A card on your phone each day with what she would have sent: reminders, replies, listings, review answers. You grade them. Nothing goes out.
Your report
One page: what she handled, what she’d have recovered, where she asked for you. If it doesn’t earn its keep, you walk away and owe nothing.
She goes live
Her number, your connections, the approval card. First invoice on go-live. Autonomy earned lane by lane from there.
What owners ask first.
Is she really an AI?
Yes, and she says so on every call and in every message where it matters. She is built and run by ranas.ai in Calgary and supervised by a human every day.
What will she never do?
Move money, sign anything, hire or fire, or take an action that can’t be undone — without your explicit approval. Those are escalated, every time, in code.
Can you get bad reviews taken down?
Only the ones that break Google’s rules, and Google decides. Maya spots them and shows you the reason and the evidence; on your okay she files the report with Google and handles the one appeal. Honest complaints stay up, and she drafts a calm reply instead.
Does she replace my staff?
No. She takes the chasing, the listing, the overnight messages and the phone after close. Your people keep the counter and the customers in front of them.
Where does my data live?
In an instance that is yours alone. Your customers, books and messages are never shared with another business or used to train anything. Walk away after the free week and it is deleted within seven days; cancel later and it is deleted within 30 days of your export, with written confirmation either way.
What if I don’t like her?
Walk away. The first week is free, then it is month to month. If she isn’t paying for herself in the first thirty days, cancel with one reply.
What does she need from me?
A 20-minute call, access to the inboxes and marketplaces she’ll work, a POS or bookkeeping export, and about five minutes a morning to tap through her card.

Book her first interview.
Tell us about the business and Shaheed books your 20-minute mapping call. The free week starts from there. No card today.
